groovy logoWe all know that mornings and weekends are two words that do not fit together!
However Sunday morning is simply the ‘Grooviest’ time. Groovy is a group that meets together twice a month to look at how our stories and God’s story meet.
We are called Groovy because when they do, that’s what it is!
Sunday Mornings—11.15-12.15am—no really it’s true!
School Year 7—9.

cartoon teen girl During the mornings, well from 11.15 anyway we worship together and then follow the 'deeper' cell notes in sort of mini cells.
At the mo there are about 40 of us; so come along and meet with Jesus. Lets outgrow our current space and cause even more chaos for Drew, as he has to find somewhere else for us to meet.

There are no pictures of the groovy types – we are sorry and can only assure you that they really do exist!

If you are over year 9 then we recommend that you either.............

1. Go to 'Big Church' - it's not all that scary and there's loads to do - worship, Techy, catch up on sleep etc.
2. Stay in Bed - come to church in the evening or come to 'drench' on a Thursday. maybe you could plan your cell group from the comfort of your duvet?
3. I don't know....do your homework or something, cook dinner for your folks, wrestle a pig!

We are currently hanging about in the 6th form common room at Queen Katherines School. It really rather nice there.
Come and find us on a Sunday morning .
