Talking with God about everything
We pray alone, with family, with friends, in our small groups, in triplets, at set times in church during the week and on Sundays. We want to listen, to call out, to be quiet, to intercede, to be watchful, to be bold, to share, to be excited about the answers. Our Small Groups are the focus for prayer for church members.

MONDAY NIGHT is Prayer Night! Every week we gather at 7.30pm to worship and pray for church, community and nation which normally ends at 8.30pm. The first Monday of the month is to pray for St Thomas' Church. The second and fourth Mondays take a broader approach to community and nation, and third Monday we focus on our CONNECTIONS beyond.


Our Small Groups are the focus for prayer for church members. We have a weekly 'Prayer Update' sheet as well as a network of intercessors praying for the critical and confidential matters within the community.

"Prayer is essential in this ongoing battle of life. Pray hard and long. Pray for everyone. Keep your eyes open. Keep each other's spirits up so that no one falls behind or drops out." Ephesians 6:18


Through this site we want to help you in your praying. Taking the time to pray can be difficult; knowing what and how to pray often simply makes it harder. We hope to offer daily and weekly opportunities on this page to help you, and also by sending you regular e-mails - putting prayer straight into your inbox.
